¢Â Á÷¹« °³¿ä
• Provide support for customers of the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Software platform,
via phone, and email. The TSE will utilize various tools such as Microsoft livemeeting, and VMW are
to aide in this process.
• Work with customers at all levels of development to help them build and maintain their production
reporting environment.
• Utilize proven troubleshooting methods, and original research to solve customer cases.
The TSE must be willing to learn on their own, as well as with the help of others.
• Work with a team of diverse engineers (both regionally, and globally) to share knowledge,
and assistance on issues.
• Prioritize and communicate product defects and enhancements to development teams.
• Contribute to research and growth of the MicroStrategy Knowledge Base by
creating customer-facing documentation.
• Participating in Internal Training Programs, which includes a three-week technical
orientation program held in the US headquarters office


¢Â °æ·Â ¿ä°Ç
• Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher, preferably in a technical field (Engineering, Physics,
Mathematics, Computer Science)
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidate must be fluent in English; candidates with fluency in Korean, and/or Mandarin or
Japanese is preferr ed.
• Customer service experience preferred
• Database (SQL, RDBMS) knowledge is a plus
• Internet Technology (Java, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, etc.) knowledge is a plus
• SAP BW Knowledge is a plus
• Network technology Knowledge is a plus
