¢Â Á÷¹« °³¿ä - Change Management (º¯È°ü¸®) ¸Å´ÏÀú - Â÷Àå ~ ºÎÀå±Þ - Design and conduct leadership training on topics such as providing feedback, communication, empowerment, delegation and working across cultures - Facilitate Leading Change workshops to plan implementation of large–scale change initiatives - Design and facilitate team development sessions on topics such as role clarification, process development, communication, and style differences in order to improve team effectiveness - Organize executive conferences - Provide behavioral feedback and coaching to leaders to enhance effectiveness - Conduct HRM meetings: facilitate talent discussions and document decisions in meeting minutes - Interact with other units on issues related to employee movement and compensation
¢Â °æ·Â ¿ä°Ç - EDUCATION • Required - Bachelor¡¯s degree in related field such as Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications • Preferred - Master¡¯s degree in related field such as Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Education, Communications, Psychology, or Business Administration - COMPETENCIES • Integrity and trust • Customer focus • Drive for results • Ability to understand and work well with all levels of the organization (up, down, and across) • Ability to work well cross-culturally • Managing through systems / processes • Dealing with ambiguity • Planning and project management • Decision quality • Intermediate level of English proficiency
