Responsible for the development, management and the implementation of all marketing related activities within the designated country(Korea). Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to support direct and channel sales growth. Align product solutions and associated marketing activities to support the local go-to-market sales model.

The primary responsibility areas will include the following;
- Field Marketing Management
- Product Marketing
- Partner & Alliance Marketing
- Public Relations & Analyst Relations Management


¢Â °æ·Â ¿ä°Ç

1. Field Marketing
- Develop, execute and measure all field marketing events and ensure alignment with overall company objectives and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Manage all Field Marketing activities to budget and schedule.
- Produce marketing timelines and liaise with both internal & external stakeholders.
- Generate and track pipeline generation.
- Manage the lead generation process and report on response rates.
- Manage invitation and registration process to ensure right audience is targeted.
- Review analysis of post event data to make recommendations for future events.
- Manage outside vendors that support the team.
- Ensure brand consistency.

2. Product Marketing
- Work with the local Sales Team to develop a go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and execute local product & solutions strategy, messaging and positioning.
- Understand and promote the company¡¯s value proposition.
- Present Informatica products & solutions at marketing events, trade shows or other speaking engagements.
- Monitor & understand competitive product positioning and establish a competitive marketing strategy.
- Develop local solution case studies and collateral.

3. Partner & Alliance Marketing
- Work with strategic global and local partnerships that promote our brand.
- Develop and implement co-marketing plans with global and regional business partners.
- Establish and maintain relationships with core business partners to ensure marketing objectives are being met.
- Identify potential business partnerships for specific solution offerings.

4. Public Relations & Analyst Relations
- Assist in establishing PR goals and objectives in alignment with the overall Marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement public relations plans and projects, manage media relations program for local activities and executing strategic public relations tactics, including managing external resources.
- Analyze effectiveness of PR campaigns and measure return on investment.
- Provide briefings to local Industry Analysts.
- Develop and maintain strong media and analyst relationships.

5. Other Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance of the local marketing database.
- Local Website management and regular updates.
- Local Newsletter production and distribution.


¢Â Essential Skills & Employment Experience

1. Candidates should have:
- College/University Degree - BA/BS degree required, MBA or technical degree a plus.
- Min 2 years experience in a marketing management role.
- Min 5 years experience in marketing or product marketing with particular emphasis on roll-out and delivery of marketing services.
- Ability to present products & solutions to an IT audience and other high level technical groups.
- Ability to understand the industry happenings and how the company is positioning itself.
- Awareness of the marketing team functions with a demonstrated ability to make sound and well-informed decisions.
- Must be able to thrive in a highly demanding, dynamic flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution.
- Strong background in technology. Well developed analytical skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Fluent in written and spoken English as this is the primary business language for Informatica.
