¢Â Á÷¹« °³¿ä - Provide HR leadership and hands-on HR support in a fast growing and dynamic environment. - Partner with the country leader toward business goals as well as be the employee advocate. Relationship channel between the Company and employees. - Harmonizer in the matrix organization; Commercial, SC, Technology, and other support functions - Develop plans and execute roadmap to achieve HR and business integration including Session C, employee selection and development, performance management and compensation. - Drive and build an energized and creative workforce, managing staffing, salary planning, organizational design, leadership development, and Session C process - Provide career counseling & coaching to managers and employees - Experience in working and executing HR in a matrix organization - Demonstrated experience coaching and partnering directly with the local business leaders in driving GE integration issues. - Provide counsel to business leadership on team development, performance and productivity.
¢Â °æ·Â ¿ä°Ç - Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline - 5 years HR Generalist experience or relevant working experience - Knowledge and experience in various HR functions including Compensation & Salary planning, Training, Staffing/Recruiting, Organizational design & Development, Employment laws & regulations - Experience in coaching business leaders - Experience in change management, conflict resolution techniques and influencing skills. - Strong business acumen, as well as customer focused influence skills - Proven leadership, communication and facilitation skills - Ability to work in a fast paced, independent environment - Fluent English both verbal and written
