*STRATEGIC/BUSINESS PLANNING & VISIONING: - Build a vision for all aspects of the E-commerce business and future growth. - Ensure alignment and integration with key stakeholders (Brand, Product, Sales, IT, Retail, etc.). - Lead the long term strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scorecard process for Owned eCommerce businesses. - Monitor progress against plans and maximize resource allocation to ensure delivery of results. - Ensure wholesale and retail e-commerce strategies and activities are aligned and enhancing to our offline distribution channels. - Ensure alignment in brand and eCommerce activities to enable the creation of a consistent and integrated brand enhancing consumer experience in our eCommerce sites. - Lead the development of a comprehensive Consumer loyalty/CRM program for the consumer direct business that complements the retail and brand strategies and drives increased traffic to all avenues, both on and offline.
*NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: - Develop and Implement ooo.com - Lead and coordinate all aspects of the start up activities from Logistics to IT to Product to Site Execution. - Ensure project phase remains on time and on budget and sets business up for commercial success. - Launch and manage into a commercially viable business. - Pursue new eCommerce business opportunities as channel develops. - Always determine a means to evaluate programs and socialize progress and successes.
*OPERATIONAL & FINANCIAL EXCELLENCE: - Assume full P&L accountability for all Direct activities. - Establish budgets and ensure accountability against revenue, margin,Pre-Tax-Income, inventory mgmt, and assortment planning. - Ensure financial success by aligning financial goals against departmental performance standards, KPI metrics and scorecards and individual goals. - Strive to exceed customer satisfaction expectations in all aspects of the shopping experience while improving operational effectiveness and efficiency. - Ensure product availability and delivery enhances the consumer experience, is profitable and has brand impact. - Continually evolve the user Interface to appropriately reflect Brand and Retail strategies. Ensure compliance and accountability of all operating standards, policies and procedures and Korea Law.
*PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & HRP: - Evolve organizational structure and collaborate with functional leadership regarding role definitions, succession plans and individual/team development and learning. - Coach, guide and develop direct reports and create an environment where employees are encouraged to perform at their potential and where diversity is respected and encouraged. - Create an environment where people have personal accountability & can take action. - Lead the Human Resource Planning process and create a strong bench to enable future growth of this channel
¢Â Á÷¹« ¿ä°Ç - University Degree: Business, IT, Marketing,Communication - 5-8 years related work experience. - Must have of e-commerce and internet technical proficiency - Written and spoken english, excellent presentation skills and cross-cultural communication ability - Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams and individuals; readily assume leadership roles; shows enthusiasm about leading others and accepts responsiblitiy
