- Research the key industries and target companies to maintain the database
- Provide support in financial analysis, valuations and structuring, and
present to Senior Manager
- Assist in conducting due diligence on target companies
- Assist in preparing marketing materials
- Assist in reporting to related government authorities
- Conduct fund related administrative works
◈ 자격 요건
- Over 2 years work experience in financial industry / consulting / corporate
(including in Private equity fund, international investment bank, fund
management company)
- University Degree, (preference for Accounting/ Business/ Economics/ Finance)
- Fluency in Korean & English preferred
- Highly numerate, demonstrate superior modeling and analysis capabilities,
along with academic excellence and a strong work ethic.
- Motivated, attention to detail, highly productive, ability to work in a team
under pressure, eager to learn and want to develop career in buyout industry
