- 영업지원, 계약관리
- Software contract management from opportunity review to deal closing.
- Escalate issues on pricing not covered by DOA and support sales team to get
an approval from AP and HQ in case not covered by DOA
- Coaching and providing guideline for pricing matters for sales team.
- Support sales and management in strategic deal crafting development
- Software contract quality check & management
- Process follow up in align with SOX requirements
- Opportunity Review management & reporting
- GCAF (Global Contract Approval Form) & Approval process
- Manages License Audit Process and ensure to meet the country license audit KPI
- Reviews proposals, bids, and contract modifications for compliance with SAP
pricing policy and USGAAP
- Under supervision analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms
and conditions to ensure compliance with global contract approval process,
corporate policies and business unit procedure.
◈ 경력 요건
- Basic to working knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
- Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts
- A minimum of independent business judgment and a high degree of management
attention
- Good sense of catch up new processes & guidelines.
- Prefer if understanding USGAAP policy
- Good English Communication skill
- Good Microsoft application
- Prefer if SAP system knows.
- Good team work / support & strategic mind
- Positive thinking
- Working experiences more than 3 years (preferred in IT industry)
