¢Â Á÷¹« °³¿ä - As one point HR contact for Business organization, HRBP is responsible for providing HR services and strategic consultation for staffing, performance management, talent management, talent development and employee engagement. [Facilitation of Functional HRM Committee] - Organize and Develop HRM Committee agenda with responsible function - Open Position, Transactions, ISP tracking, Reorganization * Talent Management, Performance Management and employee engagement * Facilitate regular HRM Committee Meeting and complete meeting minutes - Follow-up on action items as a result of the meetings - Ensure cascading or applying HR Policies, practices and consulting tools into Functional HRM - Ensure timely and quality delivery of action items from and to Company & Regional functional HRM [Talent Management and Development] - Identify and regularly update high potentials / Develop local talents - Ensure Progress and Succession plan for critical positions [Performance Management] - Support Performance-Driven culture by supporting PMP process and ensuring leaders have taken Candid & Constructive Performance Feedback courses [Employee Engagement] - Implement and Suggest HR/OD actions (Survey Focus group, Go Fast,etc) to increase employee engagement.
¢Â °æ·Â ¿ä°Ç - Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline - At least 3 years experiences in Human Resource or related Operations - A good command of English is essential, as well as good verbal and written communication skills - Experience in a multinational company, communicating with senior management is preferred - Proficient use of MS Applications, Powerpoint, Word and Excel
