< Job Objective > 1. Establish and maintain a young talent pool 2. Strengthen the organizational structure by developing talents in alignment with the ING leadership profile and mindset 3. Enhance business efficiency by developing competent training programs 4. Develop talents/employees through proper training programs
< Duty & Responsibility > 1. Attract/Identify/Develop Junior Talents and Develop Senior Talents - Junior talent management (IMC, LMTP, University road show and etc) - Senior talent management (LDP, ALDP, OAP and etc) 2. Training Development & Management - Training needs assessment by comparing with market trends including competitors¡¯ - Develop / update training program framework aligning with Company mindset - Organize job function trainings
3. Technical & other On-the-Job Skills - Planning & executing training programs and others in coordination with other related department - Build sound business partnership with internal/external training related institutions to develop advanced training scheme

1. Education Level : 4 years' University Graduate 2. Preferred Majors : Business, Education, English literature 3. Years of Experience : Less than 8 years
< Required Knowledge & Skill > 1. Knowledge about organization structure and work flow 2. MD program planning and management 3. Training implementation 4. Communication skills 5. Coaching skill 6. Knowledge on the Labor Law, Labor Standard Act, other global HRD practices including Company training profile & guidelines, etc.
