1. ER & GA (Report to SC Director)
1) Responsible for positive employee relation with plant team especially Labor Union. 2) Development and implementation of company policy and programs for plant 3) Ensure compliance in areas on Labor Law and any other associated laws. 4) Management and supervision on plant general affairs 5) Planning and proceeding company event and workshop for plant.
2. HR Coordinator in Plant (Report to HR Manager) 1. Coordinate and implement strategies, objective, policies and programs encompassing all aspects of HR to support the accomplishment of business objectives in Plant. 2. Develop staffing plans and coordinate the recruitment, interviewing and selection of candidates to fill openings. 3. Manage training needs and course selection for all staff in plant within budget. 4. Ensure implementation of HR process such as PMP, IDP and role Profile by working closely with line managers. 5.Responsible for the effective and efficient HR administration in plant by formulating and implementing improvement initiative such as union payroll, annual leave, and HRIS management, etc.
¢Â °æ·Â ¿ä°Ç 1. University degree.
2. Five or more years of cross functional management experience in HR including Employee Relations and administration.
3. High level of leadership and organizational ability to be able to manage the employee relations and influence others.
4. Fluent in spoken and written in English and Korean.
5. Well organized and able to deal with a number of issues concurrently
