- Execution of the Vehicle Development Program as the leader of Program Execution Team
- Drive to meet program imperatives (cost, quality, timing, etc) and manage product program content
- GMDAT interface to Global Architecture Development Team and Global GM Units
- Develop, execute and achieve the program Charter/Contract
- Act as a single point of entry for assessing all program content and change requests
- Balance new product and process feature content to meet Charter/Contract
- Resolve program content issues
- Monitor and keep program imperative on track
- Establish and execute the Program Plan (manage program deliverables)
- Resolve cross-functional challenge
- Timely, integrate, and accurate program progress reports
- Input / coordinate Architecture / Marketing / Engineering / Manufacturing requirements of Korea office
to Global Architecture Development Team
- Chair and manage PET meeting, and resolution of cross-functional issues
◈ 경력 요건
- At least 10 years experience in Product Planning and Program Management or/and Product Engineering
for Korean/Asian automotive business
- Knowledge of Product Development Process, Program Implementation, Product Engineering, Business
Case Analysis, Program Management Tools, and Quality Mandates
- Very high level of oral and written communication skills in English
- A university degree is essential. Technical background is desirable, but not mandatory
- IT-literate and familiarity with common PC applications
